Plaza Diane's Oktoberfest

This year's first community event will roll out with a new theme. Plaza Diane is bringing back an Oktoberfest Celebration, a former fall event that was a tremendous crowd favorite. 

The Saturday event provides fun for the entire family with traditional German games and food, including brats, cabbage rolls and apple strudel, plus beer tasting and a polka dance band. 

A special highlight for the day will be the unveiling of a 25-year City of Powell time capsule buried under the plaza. New items will also be gathered to add to the historical collection to be opened again in 2050.
