Park County Gram Slam Submission Guidelines

The Park County Travel Council is seeking photos and videos for use in promoting Park County, Wyoming as a travel destination. We invite you to submit your work for consideration. This initiative is not a contest or sweepstakes.

Park County Travel Council members, staff and/or their agents will review submissions and offer $250-$500 for exceptional work. Payment amount offered will depend on factors determined by PCTC based on each image. Use will be licensed to Park County Travel Council on an exclusive basis, for unlimited use, in-perpetuity. Only PCTC will be granted commercial use rights for each purchased image, although photographers will retain ownership of images and may use them for self-promotion.

All images MUST be taken in Park County, Wyoming, and contributors should specify the location of each submission.

Photos should be submitted in high-resolution .JPG format of size 3MB-7MB. Videos should be submitted in high-definition (720p or higher with a preference for aspect ratio of 16:9) as .MOV files of 5-20 seconds in length, not to exceed 25MB in size as attachments. No copyrighted music/audio may be included with video submissions. All photos and videos should be sent via email using a preferred asset transfer tool (e.g. Drobox, WeTransfer, etc.). Submissions can be sent to [email protected].

PCTC will review only the first five images received from each photographer. Submissions will be reviewed up until 5 p.m. MT on October 29, 2021. Submissions must include full name of photographer along with a mailing address, email address and phone number.

We encourage you to submit photos taken only with the last 24 months, as older images may appear dated and will be less viable for long-term use. We are specifically seeking images showing: remote spots of exceptional outdoor natural beauty; outdoor recreational activities across all four seasons; and family activities with kids and pets.

All images in which recognizable people may be seen (faces which could be reasonably recognized) must be accompanied by a signed model release (click here for model release), with parents or guardians signing for children.
