Registration Fees and Timing

Core Meeting Dates: Thursday, May 30 – Monday, June 3, 2024

Early Bird Pricing: Jan. 15 – Feb. 14, 2024 (pricing coming soon)
Regular Meeting Pricing: Feb. 15 – Feb. 28, 2024 (pricing coming soon)

SATW member couples: A reduced rate will be provided for the second registration in the event of SATW member couples who are both attending the meeting.

Conference cancellation deadlines:
Full refunds for cancellations will be granted until March 28.
Refunds of 50 percent of the conference fee will be granted until April 15.

Number of Delegates: Maximum: 50 | Minimum: 35

Accommodations

Accommodations will be provided by the Holiday Inn Cody, a full-service hotel with a restaurant, lounge, fitness facility and meeting space. The hotel is located on Sheridan Ave. within an easy walk of many of downtown Cody’s restaurants, shops and attractions.

Four nights of accommodations at the Holiday Inn
Four dinners, four breakfasts, four lunches.
All chapter meetings and special events including Marketplace, Professional Development sessions, Chapter business meeting, breakfast speaker, Awards Dinner, one all-group excursion to Yellowstone National Park and optional half- and full- day tours.

MEETING SPACE

Meeting space will be provided by the Holiday Inn Cody and potentially other local hotels.

Personal Responsibility

All SATW delegates attending the Western Chapter meeting will assume full responsibility for their own personal expenses including laundry, phone calls, bar bills, gratuities and other similar expenditures. PCTC and its members and vendors assume no responsibility for these personal expenditures.

Gratuities

Recommended gratuities are listed for guided half- and full-day tours. We also encourage attendees to provide a gratuity to housekeepers, bartenders and servers.

GETTING HERE

By Car

Interstates 25 and 90 allow an approach to Cody Yellowstone from the southeast and east. From the north, Montana 310 connects I-90 with Wyoming 120. From the south, drivers can take I-25 to Casper and then US 120 to Thermopolis, and Wyoming 120 to Meeteetse and Cody. From the east, Powell and Yellowstone are approached by US Hwy. 14-A and the scenic Medicine Wheel passage through the Big Horn Mountains.

WEATHER

The weather in the town of Cody is often compared to that of Denver with low humidity and abundant sunshine.

Because of its vast size and varying altitudes, Cody Yellowstone features several microclimates. In town the temperatures can be warm and sunny while higher elevations – especially those inside Yellowstone National Park – can be cool with precipitation at the same time.

Average high temperatures in June are in the 60s F and usually don’t go above 80 F. Average lows at night are in the mid-40s F. The low humidity tends to temper extremes.
Visitors should liberally use sunscreen, stay hydrated, dress in layers and keep a rain jacket handy.
