In true saloon fashion, guests can grab a barstool and order one of the many sodas made with pure cane sugar — after viewing a Wild West shootout re-enactment in town. Elephant Head Lodge is a AAA Double Diamond approved, small log-cabin mountain resort located just 11.7 miles east of Yellowstone National Park in the Shoshone National Forest. The lodge and most of the cabins are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The lodge, restaurant, and the “Trapper” cabin were all built in the 1920's by Buffalo Bill Cody’s niece, Josephine Thurston and her husband Harry W. Thurston.

The Proud Cut Saloon is a popular western-style bar and restaurant located in Cody, Wyoming. The establishment is known for its rustic decor and western-themed atmosphere, which features a large collection of old-time photos, cowboy hats, and other western memorabilia.

The saloon serves a variety of drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails, as well as a selection of western-inspired food. Some of the menu items include burgers, sandwiches, and salads, as well as dishes like steak, ribs, and chicken.

Powell High School joined with local veterans to build a memorial honoring Powell's war veterans for years to come. Photos and biographies of 32 local veterans are featured.

For 20 years, Dan Miller and his band have provided award-winning musical entertainment in downtown Cody. Family entertainment, featuring cowboy poetry and western, country, gospel and Americana music.
