Experience the beauty of Cody on horseback with Cedar Mountain Trail Rides, located just minutes from downtown. Choose from scenic 1-hour or 2-hour trail rides with no age or weight restrictions. Little cowboys and cowgirls ages 4 and under can enjoy pony rides! Conveniently located one mile west of the Cody Rodeo Grounds on the highway, Cedar Mountain Trail Rides is open seasonally from May through September.

Pahaska Hunting Lodge

History & Culture

Buffalo Bill's original 1904 hunting lodge. A beautiful, two-story log lodge on the National Historic Register. Tours June-Aug daily, 8:30AM-4PM, 48 miles west of Cody at the East Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

A saddle maker and leather craftsman, Keith Seidel builds functional art pieces that include saddles, briefcases, desk accessories, belts, gun leather, among other specialty items at Seidel’s Saddlery, his historic downtown Cody, Wyoming location. Keith has a passion for the perpetuation of the trade, which has led to his teaching classes, and apprenticing saddle makers.
