Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel

Nestled near Yellowstone’s North Entrance and the famous travertine terraces, the historic Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel & Cabins offers a classic national park lodging experience that blends early-20th-century charm with modern comforts. Originally built in 1936, with part of the guest wing dating to 1911, the hotel is one of the few examples of Art Moderne architecture in the National Park System. Following a major renovation completed in 2019, it retains its historic character while providing updated accommodations and inviting public spaces, including the renowned Map Room with its intricate wooden map of the United States.
